General
Please be patient, quality takes time. Rushing or pressuring me can affect the final result.
All listed prices are base estimates. Highly detailed pieces, complex designs, or backgrounds may increase the quote to match the extra time required.
Additional characters in a single illustration are charged at full rate each.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: PayPal or Ko-fi.
Work begins only after payment has been received.
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: If requested after the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds once rendering has begun or the piece is complete.
Process
You’ll receive a sketch preview before finalization. Feedback and small edits are welcome at this stage. After coloring begins, only minor adjustments can be made.
I may contact you through Discord, email, or DeviantArt notes for confirmation or updates.
Once finished, you’ll receive a high-resolution version via DeviantArt or Ko-fi.
PSD files are available for an additional fee (time needed to organize and clean layers).
Usage & Rights
You are paying for the artwork itself, not full commercial rights.
My artwork may not be resold, reproduced for profit, edited, or used in blockchain or AI technologies.
I retain the right to: Post the artwork on my own platforms (DeviantArt, Ko-fi, Bluesky, etc.) as portfolio examples.
I retain the right to: Use the image in future commission samples unless you request otherwise
Commercial rights (for merch, prints, marketing, etc.) can be negotiated separately.

If your character or background design is created from scratch (not based on a pre-made base), an extra fee equal to half the price of a Fullbody sketch applies.

Frequently Asked Questions
General
Are your commissions open?
Check the front page of my site or Ko-fi for current status. If it says Closed, I’m either finishing existing work or taking a rest.
When will you open again?
Once my current queue is cleared and I’m comfortable taking new clients. Announcements always go out on Discord, Bluesky, and DeviantArt.
Why are your prices what they are?
Each piece can take up to 12 hours. New Zealand’s minimum wage is about 20 NZD an hour, so my rates reflect fair labor and experience. I occasionally run sales or raffles when time allows.
How do I pay?
Payments are through PayPal only.

What tools do you use?
Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop on a Huion tablet. I mostly stick to standard brushes with a few custom pencils.
Can I draw your OC?
Absolutely! Just message me first to check which character is fine to use. If it’s a gift, please let it stay a gift, no trade obligations.
Can I use or repost your art?
No. My artwork, characters, and designs are not for reuse, resale, tracing, or AI training. You may share commission pieces I made for you with proper credit.
What if I see your art stolen somewhere?
Send me a private note with screenshots or links and report it if you can. I handle those matters quietly and directly.
Can you change things while drawing my commission?
- Minor edits (small markings, color tweaks) are fine during the sketch phase.
- Major design changes = extra charge. Please provide a final, complete reference before I start.

Sure! I can’t promise I’ll join every trend, but I love seeing what others are up to.
Why haven’t you replied yet?
I’m friendly but a bit slow at socializing. Severe social anxiety means I sometimes need breathing space. Feel free to nudge me politely after a few days.
Do you take part in Art Fight?
Yes. You’ll find me there as Lockquinn. My activity level depends on health and schedule.
