TERM OF SERVICE
- Please be patient with me. Quality equals time. If you rush me, the quality of your piece might suffer the consequences due to time pressure.
- The prices listed are estimates, please understand that the more detail a piece, the higher the price quote will be due to the additional time needed to complete.
- Additional characters in the same illustration do not have a discount. They have the same price range as a singular character.
- Concerning payment. Once a price is given and the commission is accepted, I will not start working on it until the payment has been sent. I accept Ko-fi and Paypal only.
- If required, a sketch will be created and shared with you. During the sketch phase you are welcome to give feedback and ask for changes. I might approach you myself for feedback through discord, email or notes on DA. After this stage, I am less likely to make changes.
- If you wish for a refund you will need to ask for one after the sketch phase. Half of what you've paid will be refunded.
- Once the illustration is complete, I will upload a high-res version of the image which you can download from DeviantArt. A PSD copy will cost an extra fee due to the fact that I would have to spend time cleaning it up.
- All commissions I create I will upload on deviant art, ko-fi and bluesky, no exceptions.
- Any art I create for you, will not be sold without your explicit permission, but I might use it as an example in commissions or a portfolio piece.
- Please understand, you will be paying for the commission to be made, not for the art rights to the artwork. You do not have the right to reprint the artwork for sale and/or profit. You will have to talk to me first if you wish to use my art for commercial purposes.
- None of my work may be used in blockchain or AI related technology.
- Original characters, ARPG's and fluff pieces are welcome! Any NSFW commissions will have an extra charge 50USD and will not be posted publicly.
- I have the right to refuse or cancel commissions at any time.

* If the design is not done on an already purchased base, it will cost half of the price of a Fullbody sketch. Fee might also be adjusted at any point to compensate for the complexity of the piece/design.
Can I draw your OC?
Yes! I love gifts, but this entirely depends on which OC so it's best to send me a private message to ask which one you wish to draw. If you do draw me a gift please let it be just that, a gift. If you wish to do an Art Trade instead, please ask first.
What tools do you use?
I work in Photoshop, Sai2, Clip Studio Paint, and Procreate. Each has its strong and weak points so I like to switch between them. I use a Wacom Intuos Pro. For brushes, I use standard brushes in all programs with the exception of a pencil brush in Photoshop and CSP.
Can I use your art?
No. You do not have permission to use my art, characters, or designs.
I found someone who has stolen from you. What should I do?
Please approach me with the evidence and report them if you can. I will always try to handle the matter privately.
When will you open commissions?
When I am ready and my to-do list has been cleared. I am currently in the stage of learning and improving so I might not always feel comfortable opening my commissions. When I do I will advertise either in my discord group, in a tweet or in a status update on DA.
Why are your prices so high?
It takes me up to 12 hours to finish a fully rendered headshot. The minimal wage here is 20nzd. That in Euros is around 12. So as you can see it's more than fair. I do occasionally have sales and raffles though.
While your drawing my character can you make these change for me...?
Please don't ask me to design your character or add/change significant elements to the design. When you give me a finished reference image I expect it to be complete , the final representation of the character you wish me to draw. I do not want to spend extra time adding new design elements and I will ask for extra payment if it's too much. Small changes like hair streaks or scars, freckles, and a single color change are fine.

Do you take part in Art Fight?
Yes! But I am a bit burned out so not sure how active I can be. You can find me by the same username as all my other social media: Lockquinn.
Can I tag you in art shares or something I think you might like?
Absolutely! I might not always join in but I am always up for sharing interests and checking out activities.
Why haven't you replied?
Although I truly do enjoy socializing I do suffer from quite a severe case of social anxiety due to past trauma. So most cases, except if I simply just do not get alerted by the platform, I will get back to you. If I don't just give me a nudge after a few days.
I noticed you play the same game as I do. Can I just hop on and join you?
Yes, but please approach me privately first. Do not join my session and start bullying me into interacting with you. I'm almost always open to playing games with peeps, but I need a heads-up and I need to make sure my friends are comfortable with the decision.
I really like one of your species. Can I make one of my own?
Most of my species (but Avira) are currently closed due to the fact that they need proper guides and I haven't had the opportunity to make them. If your heart is really set on one, sent me a private message and maybe we can organize something.
Is there anyone you refuse to work with?
Yes. There are a few individuals I refuse to work with and I tend to avoid. This list has been made private though to avoid any drama.
